Bruce Williams

 Bruce has been involved in the commercial interiors industry for over 20 years.  He began his career right out of college with a fortune 500 commercial interior products manufacture.  He has held numerous sales positions including, Territory manager, Regional manager and Divisional Vice President of sales. He has managed the sales efforts for the Western, Central, South Eastern U.S and Western Canada. After working with many recruiters during his time in the industry, he felt there was a real need for someone who genuinely understood the clients needs from a recruiting standpoint. After spending many years in the commercial interiors industry, he felt confident he could provide his clients with a fresh, clear and easy approach to providing the “right” candidate for the ‘right” position.Therefore, he launched his own recruiting firm specializing in the commercial interiors industry.  Bruce is responsible for completing each search assignment for a variety of commercial interior related organizations. He travels to meet his clients frequently and understands the importance of developing personal relationships as well as meeting the leadership team involved in the search process. Bruce believes that there is nothing more impactful in a search process than to see and feel a client company for yourself. He also leads the operations of Williams Recruiting Group.

Robin Gayle

 Robin has been recruiting in the commercial construction/Interiors markets for over a decade. Prior to Joining WRG in 2008, she held various management positions within the geotextile industry.  During her career within this industry, she was extremely successful managing people within various divisions of the business.  She has become a valuable partner in the growth of not only WRG, but also in the growth of our client’s companies and the careers of our candidates. Robin has a network of quality contacts nationwide and understands the importance of presenting experienced, qualified candidates who can hit the ground running, and she recognizes that the right candidate can significantly impact an organizations success. Her straight-forward, energetic approach builds lasting relationships with clients as well as candidates, and both view her as a valuable professional resource.
